just a trickle, or 2.. or 5?

at least its not pouring.. or maybe im looking into it a bit on the positive side. but there seems to be yet, another surgery in the near future for me. a minor one.. yeah thats what they say. i think eleven holes in my belly is enough already. grr.

in other news, Jess is doing splendid in summer school. she is really happy about earning credits even before she begins high school. we are going to Austin this weekend to visit with my mom.

at work, the new girl is talking about going back to her old job. shit.. she barely finished training @ PC and we are barely getting used to her replacing the replacement we got rid of just before Christmas. she has been coming in late and shows her less-than-enthusiastic approach to everything and well, mama bear just doesnt like that.

tomorrow they are sending me to my first-ever NE training. i have been teaching classes since last year.. really for the last 1.5 yrs but i havent taken it seriously since last summer. this should be fun. i wonder if AL will be there.. its been awhile that ive seen her and i wonder how she will act.

Thomas and i have been doing good too. we are taking everything day by day... well, week by week.. technically. he is still wanting to got to Korea and i am finally at peace with that. i have come to learn and accept that he is a much wiser person than i am and that i should trust his judgement.

my niece will be born soon. they don have a name for her yet.. and if they do, its all been hush-hush. my mom will stay in Mexico with them for about a month to help out and to stay for my nephew's 4th birthday party on 8.24 - wow, 4 years old already. awww.

well, i think im gonna take a nap before Jess gets home from school.
